Traveling by car from London, it is most convenient to remain on the A3 through Guildford following the signs for Surrey University and RSC Hospital, then turn off the A3 adjacent to the University. Follow the signs for the Hospital, pass under the A3 road to the next roundabout, then rejoin the A3 northbound for London, then immediately leave the A3 again (after 100 meters), following the signs for Dorking, Woking etc, then follow directions as above as above.
